• For each style the MOQ can vary from 50 to 100 pieces.
• Our lowest MOQ can be 30 pieces per colour, depending on product type and total order value.
• The MOQ includes the size range.
• For stock fabrics may be able to include up to 2 colours.

Shipping

• Worldwide shipping takes about 4-5 business days via DHL or FedEx.

Full cycle (start to finish)

• Ready Design: Around 2-4 months*
• Custom Design: Approximately 4-6 months*

When using non-stock fabrics, please allow an additional 3-4 weeks to the timeline to account for fabric making time. The specific fabric and its availability will affect this timeframe. (See our fabrics here)

Yes, all our factories hold ethical certifications and follow ethical practices. We also offer a wide variety of sustainable fabrics to use, so your production is also planet friendly.

For bulk orders we require a 50% deposit for your first orders, and the remaining 50% is due before shipping. Payments are made through bank transfer.

Once a relationship is established, we can revisit payment terms for our clients.

For sampling we require 100% payment in advance of making, including shipping fee of samples.

Depending on the product type you are ordering, we can offer any size grade. Our usual sizes are size 6 to 18. We also offer Plus Size grades from 20 to 26.

For kids’ collections, we offer sizes starting from 0 to 2 years, up to 10 years and adults.

For knit items our sizes are XXS to XXL - but can be custom to your needs.

Although there is no obligation to proceed with bulk production, all factories will expect an order to follow. There are many contributing factors that go into making one sample like purchasing material, creating a pattern, cutting and sampling sewing. All these elements are quite costly. That is why there is a sample fee to make samples.

If you proceed with a large order, we can deduct the sample fee from the order invoice.

We have many logistic solutions to suit your requirements. We can assist to arrange goods by either Air freight or Sea freight.

Air freight takes approximately 14 days and Sea freight will take 4 to 5 weeks, depending on your port location.
